TRANSPARENT NUDE ACETATE / NUDE LENS / SILVER HARDWARE
AKILA's newest collaboration with Sao Paolo's PACE is here with Felipe Matayoshi's rendition of Apollo. Featuring metal hardware with the words "“As vezes me faço de cego para enxergar mais longe” which translates to "Sometimes I play blind to see further".
Apollo is a chunky frame with flat “zero base” lenses to fuse a classic era with the current wave, subtly refining a timeless silhouette.
Each pair is handmade in limited numbers to maintain precision and quality that will look great and last for years.
We plant a tree for each pair of glasses sold on our website in partnership with Eden Reforestation Projects.

I have this style in two different color-ways and wear them both religiously. I love them indoor and outdoor and am constantly getting compliments/asked who makes them. They're a great fit - comfortable on the nose and behind the ears. High quality and durable material, etc. 10/10 would recommend.
I love this collab. Everything both brands did made these so nice. The lens and frame color wasn’t overly done, you can wear with anything and they fit perfectly on my wife’s face. The meaning on top of the frames was a beautiful touch to it as well.
