This role blends people leadership, customer service, and store operations. You’ll be the point person on the ground, setting the tone for the team and representing the AKILA brand in-store. Full-Time position with 4+ years of retail management experience.

We’re looking for friendly and detail-oriented Retail Associates to join our LA store team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing, creative brand and help shape the in-store experience for our customers. Part-Time position with 1+ year of retail, customer service or hospitality experience. 

Retail Assistant Manager - New York, NY 

We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of our NYC store team and help ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional customer experiences, and adherence to brand standards. This role blends team support, customer service, and store operations, working closely with the Store Manager to maintain a productive and well-run store environment. You’ll help lead by example on the sales floor and represent the AKILA brand in-store. Full-time position with 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience.
