Shipping + Returns

Domestic Orders

U.S. orders are eligible for free standard shipping via USPS or Fedex based on delivery location. Express shipping rates can be viewed at checkout.

Most orders will ship within 48 hours, excluding weekends. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that may extend the time frame.

For orders of prescription eyewear, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks.

International Orders

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx and UPS. Standard delivery is about 4-7 business days but varies by country.

International buyers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs. Depending on the country, you may have the option to pay duties and VAT at checkout, in which case your order will be shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).

Returns & Exchanges

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Exclusions apply. Purchases at our retail stores are considered "final sale" and are ineligible for a refund. However, these returns are eligible for store credit or exchanges.

Prescription lenses and items marked "final sale" are ineligible for return or exchange.

All returned merchandise must have the tamper-evident sticker intact on the outside temple.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process the refund back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds will generally post to your account within 2-3 business days. Returns for store credit will be issued a gift card.

Orders of 5 or more frames are subject to restocking fees if a home try-on is declined. Please reach out to us if you would like assistance in finding a frame.
