What's your shipping policy?
We offer FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders. Standard delivery is about 3-5 business days. Express 2-Day shipping is also available for $20.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the purchase date. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow an additional 2 weeks for prescription eyewear orders.
Orders of 5 or more frames are subject to restocking fees if a home try-on is declined. Please reach out to us if you would like assistance in finding a frame.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide via DHL and UPS. Standard delivery is about 4-7 business days but varies by country.
International buyers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs. Depending on your country, you may have the option to pay duties and VAT at checkout, in which case your order will be shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).
What's your return policy?
We offer FREE returns for exchanges or store credit on all eligible orders when claimed within 30 days of your order being delivered.
We also offer returns for a full refund if claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered. In-store purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
Prescription eyewear orders are not eligible for returns. Please make sure you are confident in the style you put prescription lenses in before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return shipping labels for international returns. If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S., please use your preferred courier service and send your return to:

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds will generally post to your account within 2-3 business days.

What items are returnable?
Full-price non-Rx items claimed within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging, unused and in same condition they arrived. Any returned merchandise MUST have the tamper-evident sticker intact on the outside right temple.
What items are non-refundable?
Frames with AKILA Rx prescription lenses are not eligible for return. Additionally, items marked as final sale such as purchases made during our seasonal sales and online markdowns. Frames with the tamper-evident sticker removed are also not eligible for return.
