Shipping + Returns

Domestic Orders

U.S. orders are eligible for free standard shipping via USPS or FedEx based on delivery location. Express shipping rates can be viewed at checkout.

Most orders will ship within 48 hours, excluding weekends. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that may extend this timeframe.

For orders of prescription eyewear, please allow an additional 2–3 weeks.

International Orders

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Standard delivery is approximately 4–7 business days but varies by country.

International buyers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs. Depending on the country, you may have the option to pay duties and VAT at checkout, in which case your order will be shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).

Please note that international orders are subject to customs processing times, which may affect your return window.

Home Try-On

Not sure which frame is right for you? Our Home Try-On program lets you try before you commit.

  1. Place an order for 4 or more frames that catch your eye.
  2. During checkout, select "Try-On" as your shipping method.
  3. A $25 non-refundable shipping deposit will be charged, which can be applied toward your final purchase. Any frames you don't keep will be refunded.

Note: Orders of 4 or more frames that are returned without completing a purchase are subject to a restocking fee. Reach out if you'd like help finding a frame.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free for domestic orders; a prepaid label will be provided. The following exclusions apply:

  • Purchases made at our retail locations are final sale and ineligible for refund, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Prescription lenses and markdown items are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Items arriving damaged or defective will be replaced. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

All returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Frames must have the tamper-evident security sticker intact on the outer temple — removing this sticker makes the item ineligible for return.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds generally post within 2–3 business days depending on your bank. Store credit will be issued as a gift card.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Shipments with a "delivered" status that are reported lost or stolen are ineligible for refund. We recommend selecting "Signature Confirmation" at checkout for added security. If your package is missing, we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
