What's your shipping policy?
We offer FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders. Standard delivery is about 3-5 business days. Express 2-Day shipping is also available for $15.
We ship worldwide via DHL and UPS. Standard delivery is about 4-7 business days but varies by country.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the purchase date. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
PLEASE NOTE: International orders are shipped DDU, which means the receiver is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs.
What's your return policy?
We offer FREE returns for exchanges or store credit on all eligible orders when claimed within 30 days of your order being delivered.
We also offer returns for a full refund if claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return shipping labels for international returns. If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S., please use your preferred courier service and send your return to:

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds will generally post to your account within 2-3 business days.
What items are returnable?
Full-price non-Rx items claimed within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging, unused and in same condition they arrived.
What items are non-refundable?
Frames with AKILA Rx prescription lenses are not eligible for return. Additionally, items marked as final sale such as purchases made during our seasonal sales and online markdowns.
