Shipping to U.S. Addresses

We offer FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders. Standard delivery is about 3-7 business days. Express 2-Day shipping is also available for $20.

Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the purchase date (excluding weekends and holidays). A confirmation email with a tracking link will be provided upon fulfillment.

For orders of prescription eyewear, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks.

Orders of 5 or more frames are subject to restocking fees if a home try-on is declined. Please reach out to us if you would like assistance finding a frame.


Shipping to International Addresses

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx and UPS. Standard delivery is about 4-7 business days but varies by country.

International buyers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs. Depending on the country, you may have the option to pay duties and VAT at checkout, in which case your order will be shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).


Returns & Exchanges

For online purchases, returns for a refund are eligible when claimed within 14 days of an order being delivered. Exchanges and returns for store credit are eligible when claimed within 30 days of an order being delivered. Restocking fees may apply. Click here to get started.

For in-store purchases, all sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund. Exchanges and returns for store credit are eligible when claimed within 30 days of the purchase date.

Prescription lenses and items marked "Final Sale" are ineligible for return or exchange. All returned merchandise must have the tamper-evident sticker intact on the outside right temple.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process the refund back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds will generally post to your account within 2-3 business days.
